How to request a refund
- Email support@stockbot.com within seven calendar days of your initial subscription charge.
- Include the email tied to your Stockbot account, plan name and purchase date.
- Tell us what you expected to see versus what happened so our team can troubleshoot quickly.
- We review and respond within three to five business days. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method; processing times depend on your bank or card network.

Standard conditions
- The guarantee window starts at the moment of your first successful payment and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Day 7.
- Available on individual Stockbot Prime or Pro plans purchased directly through stockbot.com; enterprise invoices, team plans, and third-party marketplaces are excluded.
- Limited to one guarantee request per customer, household, or business entity every 12 months and only for first-time subscriptions on a given account.
- Your account must remain in good standing (no chargebacks, payment disputes, or policy violations) during the review process.
- We may request additional proof of activity (for example, activity logs or CSV exports). Requests without verifiable action steps are ineligible.
- The refund covers subscription fees only; it does not reimburse trading losses, taxes, or third-party costs.
- We reserve the right to decline or revoke the guarantee if we detect abuse, reselling of credentials, or automated scraping.
- All other terms in our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimers remain in effect. Rights required by applicable law are not limited by this policy.
